Styling tip

New combination: shorts and pullover

Now I have seen that shorts are combined with knitted sweaters. Actually, an unusual combination, but for changeable weather really not a bad thing. This look can also be worn with the fashionable colors of sorbet. .

Layering: shirts & pullover

I love the casual look: it should be comfortable but also chic. But we know that this is not always easy – unfortunately. Now I would like to introduce you a look that you can really wear in every situation – in your spare time or in the office.

It’s so simple: You take a traditional long shirt (if not just in your closet have a look to the closet of your boyfriend or you have a new reason to go shopping ;)) and attract a sweater over it (which you probably already have in your closet). Yes that’s it! You should be careful that the sweater is not too narrow, and of course matches to the blouse. In addition, it should be shorter than the blouse, so that the blouse peeking out later.

Those who like a little punchy, may resort to the colorful variety. A classic way to wear the look is to combine a white blouse with a black or gray sweater. If the blouse is long enough and you’re brave, you have not even to wear pants under it, except maybe shorts. For the office you should wear skinny pants under it.

The look is absolutely great and also perfect for the changeful April weather. I made a sample collection for you and  a couple of sweaters to choose from.

Colored over the christmas days

The motto of the last orders was: ”Why not wear autumn colors in the winter?” Perhaps the compination seems a little bit extreme, and I had to persuasion franzi to order it, but yellowtights belong to a well-stocked wardrobe;) What do you think?

Stylish and comfortable?

Yes this is possible! Chinos, blazers and cozy sweaters make it possible. I love chinos and wear them often – unlike many others – not with tight tops. I combine them with wide like garments. That’s just super comfortable and sometimes you just need that.

Granted, only wearing wide things adds some volume. But with a little trick you can show that the body under the clothes is not as wide :) Simply show a bit of skin in the right places. So I usually roll up the Chino a little high, so that the ankles and legs are to see. Even the roll up of Blazers on the arms or the use of tops with ¾ arms  clears the wide look.

To this outfits flat shoes perfectly match (also a convenient thing). Lace Up shoes or sneaker are the right choice.

I’ve browsed a bit and put together three examples of outfits. I think it’s especially nice when you not combine too many colors in your outfit. Here, strong contrasts can be created (eg black and white) but also closely spaced tones can be used (eg beige and cream colors).

So: It’s chill time;)

25 ways to wear a scarf

Yes I admit it… I’m addicted to scarves. Slowly the excuses for my boyfriend, why a woman needs 20 different scarves and towels and waste so much space in the closet, are gone. But no matter how many scarves I have – I wear them only in two different ways. Today we found the following video and I’m really excited in how many ways you can wear a scarf. Have fun trying :)
